You can share your experience on Care Opinion, an independent online platform that enables members of the public to anonymously tell us about their experience with our services.

This information is used to improve services and to recognise staff and teams who may go above and beyond our patient's expectations.

If you utilise this platform to provide feedback about CAHS services, you can expect a timely response from our Executive.
