Families and consumers are invited to show their appreciation for the incredible service and commitment to care shown by Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) staff and volunteers.

If you or your child have experienced exceptional care from staff or volunteers at Perth Children’s Hospital and Neonatology, Child and Adolescent Community Health or Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, we encourage you to nominate them for the upcoming CAHS Annual Excellence Awards.

The CAHS Annual Excellence Awards celebrate the contribution of team members who go above and beyond; who make children and young people feel safe, heard, and respected; and whose focus is on delivering outstanding consumer care.

Nominations are open and will close at 5pm, Thursday 27 March 2026.

Families, patients, clients and consumers who have experienced care at CAHS are encouraged to nominate deserving staff and volunteers using the nomination form linked below.

Submit your nomination.
