Circle of Security Parenting Program

Sometimes, you might feel lost or confused about what your child needs from you. The Circle of Security® Parenting™ program helps you make sense of what your child is really asking from you, and how to strengthen the parent-child relationship.

If you are concerned about your relationship with your child and have difficulty understanding their needs, this group may be right for you. Please talk to your child health nurse first to learn more.

Who is this program for

This program is for parents of children aged 4 months to 6 years.

What the program covers

The Circle of Security Parenting program aims to help you:

• understand and learn your child’s emotional needs
• support your child’s ability to successfully manage emotions
• enhance the development of your child’s self esteem
• ensure your child feels secure.

What is involved

The  The Circle of Security® Parenting™ program is an eight-week program and each session lasts for up to two hours.
