Centre locations

We have over 100 Child Health Centres located across the Perth metropolitan area.

Most are open Monday to Friday and you usually need an appointment, unless you are going to a drop-in appointment.

Register for an appointment

If you don't have an appointment, have moved or need to contact a Child Health Nurse, you can call us on 1300 749 869 (8.30am to 5pm weekdays) or register for an appointment by completing our online form.

All services are free, and you can ask for a free telephone interpreter if you need one.
