Departmental Overview

We have seven consultants with different key areas, these being Correctol, Hepatobiliary, Thoracic and Urology.

The key areas focus around trying to improve outcomes in congenital anorectal malformations, renal and thoracic anomalies.

Research projects

• Multicenter randomized  trial of  peritoneal lavage after ruptured appendicitis
• Peri-anal fistula management : pathway : multicentre trial
