This week we launched the CAHS Consumer Engagement Strategy 2020 – 2022, outlining the goals and actions that we will undertake to improve the way we engage with consumers.
We believe that having the best experience at our health service can only come when we listen to, and understand what our patients, clients and families need, value and want.
